Customer Experience Director

Linda Shapley has nearly 30 years of print and digital news experience and was most recently Managing Editor of The Denver Post, overseeing news operations and news coverage. While the position involved a lot of cat herding and fire fighting, it was her greatest joy to provide journalists with what they needed to do their very best work.

Linda worked through many different roles and departments at The Post and oversaw staffing and production for news events large and small. She led The Post’s community engagement initiative and coordinated newsroom relocations along with other operational duties. She is currently on the board of directors for the Denver Press Club. A Colorado State University graduate, Linda is a Colorado native with deep roots in the rural northeastern part of the state.
